To deepen emotional capacity and authentic connection through nature-based play. Shifting outdoor industry culture to normalize vulnerability, resilience, and holistic well-being. Bolstering community safety nets to understand and support our/others multi-faceted trials of loss and grief in the backcountry.
Kids at heart, we aim to spark more vulnerable and authentic arrival in wild places. Our founder, Jenn, weaves work in education, guiding, coaching, and a Master’s in Play, to bridge psychology, emotional depth, and playful adventure.
Pretty Moving draws awareness to emotionally compelling and beautifully embodied experiences. Facilitating self-awareness, empathy, and emotional regulation: play confirms our innate powers of curiosity.
Currently based in Crested Butte, Pretty Moving is expanding to collaborate with guide outfitters and patrol teams across mountain communities worldwide.
