Solo sessions offered around Colorado in the wild: skiing, biking, or hiking. Activities naturally engage bilateral stimulation (employed in EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) leveraging the brain's natural neuroplastic tendencies and facilitating healing and balance.
