F.L.O.W. Train the Trainer
A Nature Based Emotional Resilience Facilitator Training for Colorado-based healers, guides, and therapists. Unlock your potential and make a positive impact within your community.
A four month certification for those called to guide others through emotional resilience work in the backcountry.
This is not a passive online course. It is a relational, experiential training that blends interpersonal neurobiology, somatic practice, grief literacy and wilderness immersion. You will learn to facilitate structured emotional processing circles, embodied regulation practices, and nature-based experiences that build connection, courage, and collective capacity.
You graduate ready to lead F.L.O.W.™ workshops and one-on-one coaching with replicable curriculum and clear facilitation framework.
Program Structure:
Dates: September - December 2026, 5-8PM MST
Format: Weekly live online classes, 3 hours, 10-15 hours online coursework, access to cohort community group.
Immersive Retreat: three day in person, nature based closing intensive
Immersive Location: Crested Butte, Colorado, USA
The rhythm of the program intentionally enables integration. Weekly sessions focus on theory, facilitation skills, and live practice. The closing immersive deepens embodiment, group leadership, and nature-based applications.
Credentialing & Professional Alignment:
This training is designed to support practitioners seeking integration within educational and coaching frameworks. Programming may be offered through IEP aligned educational settings when integrated appropriately.
Curriculum foundations align with competencies recognized by the International Coaching Federation and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Guidance on credential pathways and continuing education alignment is provided during enrollment.
The training also draws inspiration from established resilience and peer support models within first responder, community grief and nature based therapy networks, translating those principles into a mountain town and outdoor leadership context.
